Content
This programme contains interviews with Psychiatrists and two people who have suffered from depression, these revealing and at times harrowing interviews give a real insight into the nature of depression.

The symptoms are discussed, including suicidal thoughts.  The road to recovery includes in-patient care, medication and psychotherapy.

A service users video diary is included as a bonus feature on the DVD, “Bill” talks candidly about his depression and the treatment he has received for it. He talks about the patient experience and highlights issues from a service users perspective, along with his outlook for the future that leaves us with a real sense of hope and optimism.
